Taipei Arena Service Stipulations for Operation Service
1.Main Hall:09:00~22:00 daily (any adjustment based on events)
Saturday, Sunday, national holidays and winter/summer vacation: 09:00~21:00
1.General information: Staff deployed at the Information Counter may answer any questions about Taipei Arena.
2.Lost and found: In case a customer loses items or children, please contact the Information Counter for assistance.
3.Medical treatment: In case a customer is accidentally injured in Taipei Arena, please contact the Information Counter for assistance.
4.Services for disabled visitors: Free wheelchairs, guides for visually-impaired customers, fax services for hearing and speech impaired customers.
5.Breastfeeding room: For anyone who needs to use it, please contact the Information Counter to open it.
III.Most recent regulations will rule in all cases. If the situation is not dealt with in the regulations, TRTC may follow related laws or proclamations posted at Taipei Arena. Should you have any problem, please contact the Information Counter.
