《Ice Land》If the number of people in the arena exceeds 400, can rental skates and protection gear rented from the shoe store on the first floor be refunded?
The shoe store on the first floor of the Taipei Arena is not run by the Arena. Please see store policy for refund related information. Skates and protective gear rented out by the arena will only be given out after it is confirmed that the guest can enter the rink. If the arena reaches its maximum of 400 people, no advance payments for rental equipment will be collected.
