B. Notice

  1. 4 lessons include 4 coaching lessons, 2 self-practice sessions, free skates and protective gear, and 1 free visitor ticket per lesson for an accompanying friend or family member.

  2. Each coaching lesson is 2.5 hours (1 hour lesson and 1.5 hours practice), and each self-practice sessions is 2 hours. Self-practice sessions should be used up within 45 days of the first lesson. No refund is given to students who leave early.

  3. Weekday students need to pay the price difference if they wish to participate in weekend lessons. Weekend students may take weekday lessons, but will not be given any refund.

  4. Participants in group lessons must pay all fees in full and collect their lesson cards before attending class. The lesson card is valid within 45 days of the first lesson and is not transferrable. If students who purchase the 4-lesson package wish to take lessons after the 45 day period, they will be charged for single-lessons before they may participate.

  5. The minimum number required for group lessons is 4 students. If there are less than 4 students, the group will be merged with another. To maintain teaching quality, the maximum number of students is 20. Class reservations are on a first come first served basis. Registration may not be possible if classes have already reached the maximum number of students.

  6. Students taking group lessons must make reservations by phone or in person at least one day before class. Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before class starts. If the student fails to cancel the reservations on time or is absent without notification more than twice, only reservations in person will be accepted from then on.

  7. Students can apply to extend their lesson cards if they are unable to complete the lessons within 45 days. Please read the “Taipei Arena Ice Land Ice Skating Lesson Purchase Contract” for detailed rules and restrictions. The maximum extension period is 45 days. Lesson cards cannot be used while being registered as suspended.

  8. Students wishing to request a refund need to apply within 7 days of the first class date, following the rules and restrictions stated in the “Taipei Arena Ice Land Ice Skating Lesson Purchase Contract.”

  9. Students must choose either a refund or extension, and may only apply once within a restricted time period.

  10. If the originally assigned coach needs to take leave, Taipei Arena Ice Land reserves the rights to reassign new coaches for group lessons.
