《Ice Land》Why do group classes need to be reserved a day in advance? Why can’t they be reserved on the day of the class?
Group classes taught by coaches are restricted to 10 people. If the number of students exceeds 10 people, then additional coaches need to be sent in order to maintain learning quality. We need at least one day notice in order to arrange a class taught by multiple coaches that fits each coach’s schedules.
