1. After purchasing a ticket and entering the arena, if you have a legitimate reason or need to leave the premises, please explain your situation to the entrance staff. They will sign your pass and keep it at the counter. Time you spend outside is still counted as time spent in the arena. Please be careful not to exceed your allotted time.
2. Due to safety reasons, eating and drinking are not allowed in the ice rink but are permitted in other areas of Ice Land. There are restaurants and vending machines selling drinks and snacks. If you have other dietary needs, you may bring your own food or purchase items at the shops and restaurants on the first floor.
