Taipei Arena

The Taipei Arena Center is divided into four teams, each with its own set of responsibilities as follows：

● Administration Team: Responsible for Taipei Arena Center-related administrative affairs and general administrative tasks。

● Venue Operations Team: Responsible for Taipei Arena Center-related event scheduling，contract fulfillment， and operations management。

● Sub-venue Operations Team: Responsible for Ice Land-related operations management and visitor services。

● Maintenance Team: Responsible for the maintenance of Taipei Arena Center facilities and equipment。
